Monday's Wall Of Shame

On Monday's, we will be featuring a Wall of Shame. This will highlight those that like to hire freelancers or make purchases from small business but they refuse to pay for the hard work that goes with it.  For this week our spotlight goes to the repeat offender Brad Murphy from oDesk. He also goes by the name Himachol Titu on Facebook and Boby Tailor on Skype.

If you receive an offer to work for him. work at your own risk. He does not like to pay for the writing done, and he wants to "see" you. Here is proof from his Skype to your eyes.

Small Business Sunday

Each Sunday, a new business will be featured, for the week. Only rule is that the business must be a small business. No Corporations. No exceptions. You can ask for a company to be featured, but ultimate decision is left to Lewis and Theresa. No companies are able to pay for a spotlight spot. These are based strictly on the quality of work provided by the small businesses.

This week for the featured small business, we are traveling to freezing cold Little Egg Harbor, NJ.

13 Days of Halloween: Hauntingly Horrifying Halloween poetry contest

As part of the 13 days of Halloween celebration that we are having along with the Conversations with Carolyn Blog, we are offering a fun Halloween contest. Dragon's Blood Inc. and Conversations with Carolyn are proud to present the 13 Days of Halloween: Hauntingly Horrifying Halloween poetry contest. Submissions are being taken from now until October 31. Then there will be a feature of the top four to vote from on the ChattingwithCarolyn and Dragon's Blood Inc pages on Facebook, for the winner.

Rules:

1) Must be your own material.
2) Email Submissions to Theresa.call@hotmail.com
3) Include Name, Facebook Name, and how you heard about the contest.
4) All submissions must be turned in prior to October 31, 11:59 PM.
5) Once top four are determined, finalist will be posted on ChattingwithCarolyn and Dragon’s Blood Inc pages on Facebook.
6) The one with the most likes will be the winner.
7) Only One Submission per person

Here at Dragon's Blood Inc., we are having a celebration. 

        After four years of hard work and dedication, Theresa has managed to pull it off. There is a Bachelor of Psychology degree with her name on it. In her own words, "I am a Phoenix. Not only because I graduated from University of Phoenix, but I have been able to come out of the ashes, wipe myself off and realize the beautiful creature that I have become through hard work and determination.

           Lew and I would love to invite you to be able to look over our samples and different opportunities that we will post on occasion. We are planning some great things in the very near future. Lew is busy drawing away at some lovely art that we will soon be featuring and offering for sale.
