Carie Krajca-Hopkins

She wrote an excellent poem that is below. Enjoy and Carie, we hope you enjoy your prize.

SHE’LL BE THE DEATH OF YOU
Cinderella so sweet and fair, Cinderella with her golden hair
She walks in the room and every one can’t help but stare so go ahead and look
Prince, go ahead if you dare. You should have known you silly Prince,
You must have seen that anyone that poor who could employ her own fairy could surly be mean.
See the trick is she plays a part, a part she’s mastered just to steal your heart
And when she has it and you’ve fallen for sure that’s when she strikes and there is no cure
She knows how to get you, for in your thoughts she knows how to dwell and it
is all goin down at the strike of twelve. For what you think is a simple trip to
Take back a lost shoe is surly gona be the death of you. For once you find yourself passing
Through her door the life you knew will be no more, because waiting for you with this girl so
Fair is not only two step sisters hungry for blood and wanting to share but a heartless stepmother
Whose taught her daughters how to win you over with just a stare and soon you will see my poor
Prince that the blood that runs through your veins the very blood that holds your Prestigious
Name is what they want and it is theirs to claim.  So as your crown falls to the floor, and your
Lungs draw breath no more, and the last drop is taken in and the last thing you see is Cinderella’s
Evil bloody grin you’ll think, “I should have told my butler not to let her in”
